Adam Dyer has a wealth of experience in the financial industry, starting his career as a management consultant before transitioning to investment banking. He has a strong foundation in providing analytical and strategic support to various clients within the firm.
Before joining Now Capital Partners, Adam worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Prager & Company, a boutique bank known for its financial services to top higher education institutions in the US and Canada, social service and cultural institutions, healthcare and education technology firms, and state and local government agencies. During his time at Prager & Company (now Hilltop Securities), Adam was involved in over $2.5 billion worth of debt capital markets and private placement transactions and provided M&A transaction support to various executive teams. Adam is a registered investment banking professional and holds the Series 79 and Series 63 licenses.
